My name is WheatDraws, but you can call me Wheat.
He/Him, 25 years oldMost of my work features Dead by Daylight Gameplay Concepts, custom icons that are usable in-game for PC versions of the game, and as designer and artist working as part of the Dead by Daylight Community Concept Team. I also make Perk Packs for Dead By Daylight, which you can find and use hereFor artwork, I use Paint Tool Sai as my software of choice and an Intuos Pro M tablet to draw. Up to 5 text boxes for your items, perks, power, and/or add-ons rendered as an image. These are made to be as accurate as possible to in-game text boxes both visually and format-wise. (Example: Add-on, power, perk descriptions, or even outfit descriptions.)The text sent to me for these will be put in as-is. Please double-check and proof read your own text.This can be paid alongside icon commissions, or separately. Please prepare and have whatever text you'd like placed in these ready after the commission has been accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with taking.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork from me in commercial use without prior agreement or discussion. Clients are also not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork in any projects involved in cryptocurrency or used for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.You must disclose any intent to reproduce or any intent to use my work in any commercial way beforehand.Any commission order of $40.00 USD or more is available for partial payment with a minimum of 50% of the order total paid after confirming the initial sketches. I will request the rest at a later date as I near completing the commission.If I do not hear back from you within a month's time from our last message about payment or progress, I'll send another message giving a week before I'll have to cancel the commission all together and any artwork created from that process belongs to me. If it is already paid, I will finish it as much as I can with the direction given and send it back to you with what contact info I have. Please be aware of this, and check your messages or let me know a preferred contact method that is mutually agreeable.I occasionally post my commissions publicly. If you don't want me to post the artwork, please let me know. Commissioned work will be watermarked.If you are commissioning artwork based on an original character or a property owned by another individual or artist, I require that you have permission by the creator(s) and provide proof of it. Examples include "Siren Head" and "Long Horse" by Trevor Henderson or any other independent artist. If it is based on a character from a large film, comic, tv series, or so on where it is unrealistic to have a direct line of communication to, this rule may be ignored. If you are unsure about if your idea falls under this exception, please contact me about it.Whenever a discount of my commissions takes place, any interest or deal made within the last week of the discount's duration will be honored as long as the commission is started/paid for within the following week. If you expressed interest in getting a commission during an event like this, and attempt to redeem that discount over a month later for example, the discount will not be honored.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are commissions totally private?
I will still retain the right to use them as examples, but all commissions I create are totally up to the client to share them with who they please and at their discretion. All commissions are assumed private unless stated otherwise.Can I commission a Perk Pack / additions for your Perk Pack Series?
Yes, but I need to approve of the designs and ideas for these icons as they'll be available to the public. For more details please ask me about this directly ahead of time if possible.What size are the icons?
These icons are made to be put into the game files directly for Dead by Daylight, and on the same scale. The icon size is 256x256 px. If you'd like a larger image or version, please mention before hand. If you want game icons intended for other projects, please discuss with me first.How do you take payment?
I send a PayPal invoice to you via E-Mail. You don't need a PayPal account to pay it, just a digital payment method that PayPal accepts. Do NOT send me money prior to arranging commission details.Do I need to have an idea for the art I want?
If you want me to make an icon that works for you, yeah, you do. I don't know what you want unless you tell me or let me know what freedom I have with the design and visuals. Please also supply any references that would make my job easier so I can make exactly what you want how you want it as well. I may (in some rare cases) reject or turn away a commission if I feel like I don't know what I'm actually meant to be drawing for you.How long does a commission take?
My turnaround varies based on commission size / amount. Depending on the queue, a few icons can take a couple days to a week. At the latest, a full 30 days for 20+ icons. This isn't taking into account of clients on higher priority / those that are ahead of the queue.Can I get a cheaper commission / a discount?
Due to the price cuts PayPal has slowly increased over the past few years, prices have been adjusted accordingly so I still feel that my work is worth the time spent. For example, just a single icon ( $8 ) I get back roughly $5-6 from after transaction fees from PayPal, not to mention, transferring to my own bank. This may not seem like a lot, but it stacks up VERY quickly. I may offer specials or deals from time-to-time, but please understand prices are the way they are for a reason.
